This spacious 5-stall barn features 12x24 ft tounge, tounge and groove lumber stalls with interlocking mats, fans, light, and shuttered windows. Floor to ceiling tack lockers, and an outdoor hose for bathing. Ample and roomy aisle way with cross ties.

Horses are turned out in groups of 2-4 in half acre or more shaded paddocks. Fencing is Centaur flexible fencing with hotcote and Miraco automatic waterers. Fly predators are used throughout the farm for pest control.

With the fully lit covered arena we can ride year tound in inclement weather and oppressive heat.
Lighted Outdoor Arena
Large outdoor arena with sand footing that drains exceptionaly well. Arena is lighted and has a full course of Jumps.
60' Round Pen
Solid wood round pen allows your horse to focus on training. Surrounded by trees, it stays cooler in summer when working horses and has well drained footing.
