At Wonderland we ensure all campers have a fun and educational experience with horses! Each camper participates in getting the horses ready to ride, and spend the mornings riding as a group in our arena. Two students are paired with a horse each day, allowing them to develop teamwork while helping each other as well as allowing for lots of riding time each day.
Students receive English Hunt Seat instruction on an individual & group level. All levels are welcome from first time riders through advanced. Students will learn how to ride and maintain control of their horse or pony. We keep our camps small to maintain a 3 to 1 Student to instructor ratio, ensuring each student receives both 1 on 1 and group instruction.
After lunch we do a variety of activities such as learning horsemanship, horseback games, bareback riding and swimming with the ponies!
To help stay cool in the heat, our state-of-the-art facility has a covered riding arena and thermostaticly controlled exhaust fans in the barn.
Our staff has over 30 years of experience in the horse industry and is made up of experienced riders and trainers who share a love for horses and the sport of riding.
